He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Horace Gregory and Doris Norton Gregory; his wife Barbara Gail Gregory; his daughter Crystal Gregory Johnson; and his siblings, Jeanette Green, Inez Carnes, Calvin Gregory and Donald Gregory.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charlotte Yaughn, Randall Gregory (Darlene) and Morgan Gregory (Joyce); his granddaughters, Alyssa Johnson and Brittney Johnson; his niece Cindy Pruitt; and his pets, Tot and Baby Girl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
