He was predeceased by: his parent Theodore Kendrick; his siblings, Theodore Phillip, Walter Jackson Kendrick and Martha Self; and his child Stephen Howard Kendrick.
He is survived by: his parent Addie Kendrick; his wife Barbara Kendrick; his children, Anita Perez-Studdard (Hank), Julie McLendon (Tom), Keith Kendrick (Teresa) and Kevin Kendrick (Beth); and his sisters, Frances Hosmer (Glen) and Nancy Self (Gary). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
