It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Maier Jr. of Macon, Georgia, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gerald Maier, Sr. and Florence Hummel Maier. He is survived by: his wife Susan L. Maier; his children, Susan E. Weber of Atlanta, Georgia, Robert C. Maier (Deanna) of Buford and Barbara Maier (Michael Hinson) of Macon; and his siblings, Sharon Sellers, Gerald Maier (Gwen), Judy Elliott (Dick), Thomas Maier, Carol Grand (Bob) and Rick Maier (Mary). He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
