He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tressie Prince Manderson and William Joseph Manderson; his fiancée Susan Bower; his children, Michele Hendrix (Jon) and Melissa Thrasher (Scott); his grandchildren, Alec Hendrix, Ashley Hodges (Connor), Hanna Hendrix, Noelle Thrasher and Joseph-Scott Thrasher; and his sisters, Sharon Galyean (Benny) and Wanda Manderson.
