He was predeceased by: his father William McKinley Tyler, Sr.; and his sister Angela Tyler Tinker. He is survived by: his niece Erin Helton (Eric) of Concord, GA; his nephew Bradford McKinley Tinker of Jackson, GA; his great-nephews, Elijah Lee Helton, Joshua McKinley Tinker and Caleb Emerson Tinker; and his great-niece Elizabeth Grace Helton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Bill's honor to the Middle Georgia Radio Association, P.O. Box 10528, Warner Robins GA 31095.
