He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Everett Hobbs; his aunt Christine Taylor; his mother Cleo Kennedy; his grandson Stanley Byrd; his wife Sandra Faye Willoughby; his sons, Keith Fortson (Staci) of Greenwood and Allen Fortson (Tammy) of Centerville; and his brother John Scott of Florida. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; many cousins, aunts, and uncles; and a host of other adoring friends.
Current COVID-19 restrictions in place also affect funeral customs and traditions.
