He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse Mercer Fuller and Lucy Buchanan Fuller; and his siblings, J. L. Fuller and Amanda Fuller Williams. He is survived by : his wife Joan Avey Fuller of Manchester; his sons, Doug Fuller (Cindy) of Macon, Thad Fuller (Shaunna) of Trophy Club, TX and Mark Fuller (Kim) of Elberton; his grandchildren, Kelley Land (John), Katie Barnes (Murray), Dusty Fuller (Christy), Sarah Clair Fuller, Steven Reid Fuller and Grace Avey Fuller; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Natalie Land, Andrew and Emery Fuller.
