She is survived by : her husband Rick VanHorn of Manchester; her children, Jeremy Cox (Terry Huffman) of Manchester, April Berry (Dwaine) of LaGrange, Brittany Cox of Manchester, Scott VanHorn (Cathy) of Morrow and Helen Beth Ivey (Jason) of McDonough; and her sisters, Cindy Whitlock (Steve) of Hogansville and Bobbie Jean Frost of Manchester. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren.
