She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Lester Carter and Nora Bell Ivester Carter. She is survived by : her children, Deborah Postell (Johnny) of Shiloh and Wayne Holbrooks of Jackson; her grandson Browning Postell of Jackson; her great grandchild Makenzie Postell of Shiloh; and her sister Violet Fombie of Griffin.
