Evelyn Shipp Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Shipp (Manor, Georgia), who passed away on February 28, 2020, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband J. K. Shipp (Bob); and her granddaughter Courtney Maria Shipp. She is survived by: her parents, DeWitt Ragsdale and Emma Viola Ragsdale; her children, Gena Maria Beach (Jim) of Roswell and Joel Kreston Shipp (Lorelei) of Peachtree City; and her granddaughter Alaina Chaffin (Patrick) of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by 10 siblings and half siblings; her many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. (187 Banyon Court, Dallas, GA. 30157).
