With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Hayes King of Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Harold Leon King; and her parents, Edgar McCoy Hayes and Inez Sparks Hayes. She is survived by : her brother Jerry Hayes (LaJuan); and her grandchildren, Savannah King Thaler, Brad King, Annabelle King and Jordan Brown Mills.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:55 AM at the Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home (180 Church St, Marietta, GA 30060). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:55 PM at the same location.
