She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Carlson Byers and Howard Byers; her son Barry; her husband Ed; and her siblings, Esther (Fred Pflugh), Olivia (Warren), Howard (Alene), Maurice (Eileen), Lindy (Betty) and Glenn (Delores).
She is survived by: her son Eric (Gail); her brother William Byers (Betty); her grandchildren, Haley and Hannah; her daughter Lori Smith (A. C.); and her grandchildren, Eric McConaghy and Julie Banks. She is also survived by her siblings' families, including many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charlotte's name to the Children's Ministry Memorial Fund at Grace Church of Town Center in Kennesaw.
