She is survived by: her sister Betty Howard; her brother-in-law Gerald Smithwick; her pet Oscar; and also, Dionne and Khrysta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Jean Duncan, age 83, died peacefully January 2 of complications from Parkinson's Disease.
