With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Katherine Almy of Marietta, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025 at the age of 76. She is survived by: her husband Clyde; her sons, Chad and Jeff; and her grandchildren, Wyatt, Sawyer, Bertie, Totsie, Mabel and Neil.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (189 Church St, Marietta, GA 30060). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Virginia's House (302 Chinquapin Dr, Marietta, GA 30064).
Contributions can be made in loving memory of Kay to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD), or Children's Hospital of Atlanta.
