He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Bowen; his son Christopher Norman Bowen (Shannon) of Cartersville, GA; his brother Jerry Lewis Bowen of Lithonia, GA; his grandchildren, Taylor Bowen Tidwell and Justin Charles Bowen; and his great grandchildren, Dawson Bowen, Renly Bowen, Oaklyn Bowen and Asher Tidwell.
