He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar V. Bobbitt and Wynette Phillips Bobbitt; and his sister Vicky Bobbitt Arnold. He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Bobbitt Smith (Caledon) of Savannah and Ila Britt Barnett (Todd) of Social Circle, Georgia; his siblings, Gail Bobbitt Sasser (Jack) of St. Simons Island, Calvin Bobbitt of Vidalia and Marla McDonald (Delton) of Hilton Head; and his grandchildren, Austin Barnett, Abigail Smith and Katherine Smith.
