With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Relus Anthony Phillips of Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on February 16, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Mattie Frances Phillips of Dickson, TN; his children, Mildred P. Hallman (Jim) and Anthony Phillips (Holly); and his grandson Brandon Grisham.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to the American Legion Post 216, 3914 Ewing Rd., Austell, GA 30106.
