He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelley Mann; his siblings, Clarence "Eddie" Pike and Ruby Jackson; and his brother-in-law Gary Jessop. He is survived by: his sister Bess; his wife Shirley Pike; his children, Donald Pike, Robert Pike (Lori), Terrance Pike, Chip Pike, Paul Mann, J. T. Whalen (Deana), David Whalen (Stacie), Debbie McClure (Jeremy) and Lisa Lohmen (Doug); his siblings, Donald Wayne Pike (Taylor), Mary Guessford (Kay), Bessie Shollay, Susie Jessop and Judy Seal (Gary); his great grandchild Gipper; his former wife Dorothy Stotelmyer Blair; and his friends, Bryan Baker and Melissa Snyder-Pike.
