He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Lominick Lackey. He is survived by: his children, John Lackey and Heather Lackey Huetter; his son-in-law David Huetter; his grandchildren, Hope Huetter and Robert Huetter; his pet Miles; his siblings-in-law, Wesley Lominick and Darlene Lominick of Oxford; his niece Anne Lominick Portera; and his nephew Randy Lominick.
