He is survived by: his daughter Kim; his pet Lily; his wife Crystal Matthews of Panama City, FL; his daughter Kimblaine Matthews of Woodstock, GA; and his brother Bob Matthews (Dianne) of Marietta, GA.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
