He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge E. Hunter, and Pearl Virginia Hunter, Sr. (Lott) of Savannah, Georgia.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda D. Hunter; his children, Sherri E. Hunter of Smyrna and Glenn K. Hunter of Cary; his sister Doris Crout of Neptune, Florida; and his grandsons, Michael and Matthew Hunter of Cary. He is also survived by three nephews; and one niece.
