It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Anne Cheatham of Marietta, Georgia, born in Cartersville, Georgia, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Ottis Cheatham; and her parents, Tom Croft and Mae Croft. She is survived by : her son Tommy; her daughter-in-law Jill Cheatham of Marietta; her granddaughters, Carolynn (James Goerke) of Smyrna and Katherine (Wayne Zhou); her great grandchildren, Aeris of Marietta and Lukas Zhou of Marietta; and her caregiver Marva Samuels. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the West Cobb Funeral Home & Crematory (2480 Macland Rd, Marietta, GA 30064). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
