She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Lapikockij and Mikola Lapikockij; her daughters, Ruth and Theresa; and her brother John Lapikockij.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Moore (Greg) of Virginia Beach, VA, Tracey Crumbley (J. Randy) of McDonough, GA and Cindy Buice (Keith) of McDonough, GA; her grandsons, John Crumbley, Nathan Buice (Haley) and Cade Crumbley; her great grandchildren, Laiken Buice and Jaxon Buice; and her brother Nicholas Lapikockij of Freeport, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Prior to retirement, Ann worked for years at the Country Fisherman in Stockbridge, GA where she coordinated donation collections for the annual holiday meal and gifts for the underserved in Henry County, GA.
