It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Ruth McLeod (McDonough, Georgia), born in Louisville, Mississippi, who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clanton Carter and Minnie Carter; and her husband Fred McLeod. She is survived by: her children, Sherrie, Mike Bolton, Neil, Susan McLeod, Michael and Jessica McLeod; her brothers, Sammy Carter (Sue) and Bobby Carter (Linda); and her grandchildren, Kristy, Kimberly, Kaitlin, Devin, Danielle, Chris and Kinnett. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
