She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Nix (Ben Maddox) and Frank Nix; and her son Glenn Maddox. She is survived by: her siblings, Russell Nix, Chris Nix, Hiram Nix and Sandy Elsen (Ron); her daughters, Leslie Dodgen (Mitch), Melanie Polk and Lori Collins (Tim); and her grandchildren, Tiffany Cowley (Levi), Devan Rogers (Sean), Hunter Schumate, Amber Maddox, Taylor Odom (Collin), Bailey Polk, Ellea Collins and Jordan Collins. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
