He was predeceased by: his parents, James Andrew and Maggie Elizabeth Brown McAlister; and his wife Kathleen Eloise Brown McAlister. He is survived by: his children, Sandra McAlister Scott (Donald), Karen McAlister Smith, Fred McAlister and Donna McAlister Terry (Gary). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
