He was predeceased by: his father David McDonald; and his grandson Silas Jaxon Burdette. He is survived by: his mother Janice Adams; his wife Mary Beth; his children, Justin (Nicole), Megan, Abigail (Jesse), Victoria and Tara McDonald; his sisters, Kelli Mistry and Paula McDonald; his grandchildren, Jayden, Marley McDonald and Aaro Thatcher; his parents-in-law, Ken and Catherine Polarek; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Anderson, Laura Didier, Michelle Hieserman (Bryan) and Ken Polarek (Theresa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
