It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David John McGinnis Sr. (McDonough, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on May 14, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Margaux McGinnis; his grandson Malcolm McGinnis; and his brother Terry McGinnis, Sr.. He is survived by: his son David McGinnis, Jr. of Locust Grove; his granddaughter Samantha McGinnis (Matt Aderhold); his great grandchild Sloan Aderhold; and his siblings, Malcolm McGinnis, Susie Waldrop (Cecil), Gary McGinnis (Sandra), Russell McGinnis, Melody Covington (Van) and Robin McGinnis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
