She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Cofer and Barbara Cofer; her son Brandon Hoats of Charleston; her brother Michael Cofer (Sharon); her siblings' children, Michele and Norma Jean; her sister Melanie Hitchcock; her siblings' children, Kyle and Lindsey; her sister Karen Cole; her siblings' children, Jennifer, Jessica, Amanda and Tony; and also Jeff Cofer.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Healing Bridge Clinic.
