He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur and Essie Maudie Harwell Jenkins; and his sister Fay Laney. He is survived by: his brothers, Bobby Jenkins (Frances) of Jackson, Edward Jenkins (Carol) of Steinhatchee, FL and Arthur Jenkins (Evelyn) of Jackson; his daughter Sandra Bartlett (Wayne) of Hampton; his grandson Trevor Bartlett of Hampton; and also, Jacob, Tori, Tiffani and Haley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
