She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis L. Clements, Jr.; her parents, Milton McElwaney, Sr. and Annie Lee Baswell McElwaney; and her siblings, Margaret Perkins, Mary Harrelson and William McElwaney.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa L. Caviness (Larry) of Austell, Sharon K. Price of Temple, Robert D. Richey (Anecia) of Pooler and Jimmy W. Richey, Jr. of McDonough; and her siblings, Milton McElwaney, Jr. (Rose), Walter McElwaney, Sr. (Sara Lynn) and Marie Rowlett (Larry). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
