She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Carter and Emily "Ruth" Martin Carter; and her brother Tim Carter. She is survived by: her daughter Angi McClendon (Calvin) of McDonough; her granddaughters, Dikota McClendon and Madison McClendon of McDonough; her siblings, Randall Carter (Deb) of Stockbridge, Barry Carter of McDonough, Carol Rice (Louis) of McDonough and Joel Carter (Lynn) of Locust Grove; and her sister-in-law Denise Carter of McDonough. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
