With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Inez Piper of McDonough, Georgia, who passed away on May 5, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. Hooten and Flora Belle Martin Hooten; her husband Sammy Rubin Piper; and her daughter Rebecca Wheeler. She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Hail (Willie) of McDonough; her grandchildren, Scarlett Simmons (Jay), Andy Wheeler, Myra Higgins (Jay) and Eric Chase (Stephanie); and her siblings, Bernard Hooten of McDonough and Mary Sims of McDonough. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
