She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl J. Parker, Sr. and Luana Johnson Parker. She is survived by: her husband William Foster; her sons, Richard Foster and Stephen Foster (Jan); her grandchildren, Charles Foster, Brandi Foster (Nick Carter), Jennifer Foster and Jacob Foster (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Austin Foster, Parker Foster and Maggie Foster. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the wearing of masks is strongly suggested.
