She is survived by: her parents, Willis Seaborn Wheeler and Ruby Mims; her daughters, Teresa Akin (Gary), Melinda Young (Clay) and Betty Elton; and her friend There. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name can be sent to Campground United Methodist Church, Nicholls, Georgia.
