She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Price and Marie Price; her son Leon W. Lassiter, Jr.; and her sisters, Kathryn Price, Mary Jones Higdon and Jeanette Price Graham.
She is survived by: her husband James Edmund Allen, Sr.; her children, Sylvia Ludlow of LaGrange, Gail Lassiter of McDonough, James, Lynn Edmund Allen, Jr. of Hampton and Katherine "Kathy"; her grandsons, John Honaker, Paul Timothy Ludlow, Jr., Scott Alan Ludlow, Lee Michael Lassiter, Jeffrey Todd Lassiter, Kevin Timothy Allen and Kyle Joseph Allen; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Cassidy, Garrett, Austin, Tiffany and Morgan; and her great great grandchildren, Aiden, Maverick and Caroline.
