He was predeceased by: his brother William Bailey Foster. He is survived by: his wife Jean Elizabeth Foster; his children, Brandy Foster, Bill Caudill and Melissa Wadsworth (John); his grandchildren, Kyndall Caudill, Ethan Caudill, Piper Wadsworth, Callan Foster and Alex Foster; and his sisters, Betty Ward (Jeff) and Mary Plishker.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to McDonough Presbyterian Church Building Fund.
