He is survived by: his children, Dodie Beauchamp (Ricky) of McDonough, Suzy Heins (Jeff) of Whitehall, PA and Fred Collins, Jr. of Forsyth; his grandchildren, Andy Beauchamp (Brittany) of Griffin, GA, Brooke Browning (David) of Tallahassee, FL, Christopher Beauchamp (Autumn) of Millersburg, OH, Jay Beauchamp of McDonough, GA, Courtney Collins of Warner Robins, GA, Jacob Collins of Macon, GA and Madison Collins of Forsyth, GA; his sister Paula Freeman (Les) of Forsyth; and his friend Nancy Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
