It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gaylon William Elliott Jr. of McDonough, Georgia, born in Mentcle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gaylon Elliott and Lula Elliott; his wife Barbara Lee Elliott; his son Paul William Elliott; his sister Nettie Mae Pickup; his children, Bob Elliott (Susan) of Oregon, Deb Hunter (Steve) of New York and Michelle Fidler of McDonough; his grandchildren, Andrea Kirkpatrick, Neil Elliott, Nicole Hunter, Marissa Fidler and Marc Fidler; his great grandchildren, Connor, Carson Kirkpatrick and Madisyn Elliott; and his siblings, Jim Elliott (Jackie) of Florida and Judy Woods (Randy) of Pennsylvania. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
