He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Eugene Lowe and Genevieve Smith Lowe; his brother Junior Lowe; his great grandchild Aiden Johnson; and his wife Ellen Marie Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Genevieve "Angel" Davis, Katheleen "Kathy" Moore, Michael Lowe (Sabrina) and William "David" Lowe (Kimberly); and his siblings, Linda Gibson and Monyua Lowe (Betty Jean "Peanut"). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and family friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral service will be limited to family only.
