He was predeceased by: his wife Patti Lunsford; and his son Chad Lunsford. He is survived by: his children, Michael Terry Lunsford of Stockbridge, Stacy Lunsford (Tina) of Locust Grove and Rhonda Wright (G. W.) of McDonough. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mr. Lunsford's favorite charity, St. Jude's Research Hospital.
