He was predeceased by: his daughter Joy Leigh Foster; and his sister Mary Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte O'Neal Foster; his children, Theron Foster, Tina Foster, Tim Foster and Rhonda Foster; his grandchildren, Brian, Brandy Foster of Bobby Foster, T. J, Whitney Foster, Christina, Michael DeJong and Stephanie Cook; his great grandchildren, Jake Foster, Caleb Foster, Annaleigh DeJong and Adriaan DeJong; and his sisters, Francis Foster and Margie Foster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
