He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda; his son-in-law Tony Blake; his son Jack Jr.; his daughter-in-law Sue Satterwhite; and his sister-in-law June Satterwhite. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
