He is survived by: his wife Jennifer O'Connor Caldwell Cuttone; his children, Michael James Cuttone (Chris), Jon Caldwell (Tiffany), Melissa Cuttone Hevner (Michael) and Karen Caldwell Dickson (Mark); his grandchildren, Kayleigh Dickson, Samantha Caldwell, Hannah Caldwell, Richard Dickson, Alexandra Hevner and Jack Hevner; his stepgrandchildren, Lexi Cook, Katelyn Overton, Emily Overton and Justin Camp; his brother Larry L. Cuttone, MD (Sharon); his nephew Mario L. Cuttone; and his cousin Diane Lester.
