He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lamar Tullis and Edna Esterline Snellings Tullis; and his sister Edith Faye Culpepper. He is survived by: his wife Pam Tullis; his children, Anthony (Tiffany Tullis) and Amanda (Kris Dawkins); his grandchildren, Kody Dawkins, Emma Tullis, Isabella Tullis, Wade Dawkins and Katie Beth Dawkins; and his sisters, Pat (Bill Fox) and Lanelle (Walter Paul).
