She was predeceased by: her son David Michael Carter; and her brother Dwayne Chandler. She is survived by: her parents, Arlyon Chandler and Ida Davis Chandler; her husband Michael Carter; her children, Krystal, Tina Carter and Joshua Carter; and her brother Warren Chandler (Pam). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
