She was predeceased by : her parents, Jessie Sealy and Elene Sealy; and her former life partner Joe Newman. She is survived by : her husband Richard Munson; and her children, Nancy Spell (Kevin), Deborah Coleman and Scott Munson (Jennifer). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel (376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281).
