She was predeceased by: her parent Belle Rosser Hammock; and her brother Charles Hammock. She is survived by: her parent James Madison Hammock; her children, Mary Jo Brown (Alan), Jimmy Thurmond (Susie) of McDonough and Lisa Thurmond of McDonough; her significant other Larry Jackson of Round Oak, GA; her grandchildren, Katie Cooperman (Spencer), Caroline Feldman (Clayton), Will Thurmond (Claire) and Jake Thurmond; her siblings, Ray Hammock (Alice), Jeff Hammock, Dennis Hammock and Janie Pye; and her sister-in-law Gail Hammock. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
