He is survived by: his wife Patsy Shaddix; his children, Fran Shaddix and Jay Shaddix (Susanna); his grandchildren, Joshua Shaddix and Heather Shaddix; his sister Miriam Archer; and his brother-in-law Jerry Hayes (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
