He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Miller Coulter; his children, Wayne Coulter of Locust Grove, Sharon Deadwyler of McDonough and Glenn Coulter (Michelle) of Oak Ridge, TN; his grandchildren, Andrew Deadwyler, Bethany Coulter and Emily Coulter; and his sister Mary Miller of Tucker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
